You will start with taking and uploading your "before" pictures. Don't worry, at this stage, only you can see those pictures. This is optional, and you don't have to do it if you feel uncomfortable, however we truly believe that seeing your results on "before" and "after" pictures should boost your self-confidence and motivate you to make the FIT-FACES program a part of your daily routine.
You will start with 2 to 3 minute daily workouts to warm up your face and body and get it ready for more advanced facial workouts during the next few weeks. You will work mainly on improving your blood circulation, getting the lymph going and basic stretching.
Now that your body has been warmed up, during week 2 and 3 you will learn and practice all the main Fit-Faces exercises focused on your face, neck and posture. You will get new exercises everyday, so the time of your workout will gradually increase to up to 30 minutes a day.
You will practice all those exercises and do your best to get those results! At the end of week 6, if you wish, you can take your "After" picture.
At the end of the course we will provide you with a blueprint of all the essential exercises that you can follow to keep the results for as long as you want.
