Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Programmes. No questions asked. No access restrictions. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your name
The email address used for purchase
The name of the Programme purchased
Your order date

You do not need to provide a reason. We will process your refund promptly upon receipt of your request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Transaction fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you purchased a Programme on a payment plan and request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, only the first instalment will have been charged. That first instalment will be refunded and all future instalments will be cancelled. No further charges will apply.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day guarantee period, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after this period except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

EU & Cyprus Consumer Rights

As a Cyprus-based company selling digital products, we comply with the Consumer Rights Law of 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), which transposes the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For distance contracts, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply begins where you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By accessing your Programme immediately after purchase (or by taking the quiz which leads directly to a Programme), you give that express consent and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day withdrawal right is replaced by our 7-day unconditional guarantee.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription products may be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused subscription days, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
