Refund Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 7-day refund policy from the date of your payment. If, for whatever reason, you have changed your mind you can contact us for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note, there is no reimbursement for any transaction fees. 

Please email: support@fit-faces.com with your refund claim if you are not completely satisfied with the product AND your first payment was no more than seven (7) calendar days before sending your notice AND YOU HAVE ACCESSED NO MORE THAN 10% OF THE ONLINE COURSE COMPONENT OF THE PROGRAM.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
* Gift cards 
* Any refund that has been requested more than 7 days after purchase 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

You will be responsible for paying your own transaction fees. Transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of transaction will be deducted from your refund

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund to reach you, may vary.
