This is the most common thing we hear — and it almost always comes down to one of two things: doing the wrong exercises for your aging type, or technique that’s slightly off. Generic programmes don’t account for how your specific face ages. Some exercises that help a Brigitte type actually make a Cindy type worse. The Aging Type Method starts by identifying your pattern first, then builds everything around that. For most women, it’s the first time they’ve had a plan actually designed for their face.

Face yoga works the muscles beneath the skin, and many of our members tell us they notice changes in tone and definition over a few weeks of consistent practice. How much you see depends heavily on consistency and doing the right exercises for your aging type — which is the whole reason the method exists.
